I have a friend that worked with me for a short time, he has been diagnosed with Aplastic anemia and it doesn't look like he is going to make it. I am friends with both him and his fiance, they are good people and the fact of the matter is this guy doesn't deserve to have this. Please say a prayer for a quick journey either way. I do know they signed a DNR agreement today.

My next door neighbor's son had something very similar and is very young. He is still in treatment. I think he is about 16-17 years old...

My prayers and thoughts are with your friend and his family.

That is scary shit. I will definitely say a prayer for your friend. Always remember that everything happens for a reason and that God always blesses the souls of fallen ones for eternity. If there is one thing you can take solace in, ones in terminal condition won't suffer anymore once it's all over, they can be in peace for all time in the Kingdom of the Lord.

I wasn't aware Raider fans could be Christian.

How horrible for people of such a young age to be experiencing such a trial...

Many good thoughts are headed their way...

Being a Raider fan has nothing to do with THIS. This is about someone whose friend is suffering from a life-threatening disease and is in need of all our thoughts and prayers. BTW, I also happen to be a Christian as well.
