Just as the title says. Guess who made the list....
http://www.forbes.com/2010/11/10/vick-flacco-brady-business-sports-nfl-best-quarterbacks-buck_slide_10.html

Matt Cassel, Kansas City Chiefs

QB Rating: 89.2
Adjusted Rating (playing time): 89.2
Salary: $10.5 million

After backing up Carson Palmer and Matt Leinart at USC and Tom Brady with the Patriots, Cassel is taking advantage of his chance to be the main man. In his second year as a starter in Kansas City, Cassel has thrown 12 touchdown passes and just four interceptions while leading the formerly lackluster Chiefs to a 5-3 record.

Nope... Fitzpatrick. But they dont really rank them. They just list them from cheapest to most expensive.

I'm just going by what they are saying. Vick would be #2 on their list but the one person out of order is Orton who's making more than Vick but listed after Fitz. If I were to make a list in order of best play for the money then Vick would def be #1 on it.
