a bit of a hijack, but does anyone know if moeaki was injured on the last play?

and when is that midget going to play again...you know, the one our offense can't function without...

and Haley's press conference is on right now

According to Haley, Cassel and Bowe 'drew up some plays in the dirt" and executed stuff that hadn't been practiced during the week...

nice

Like has been said, we have the best WR in the league right now. The best HB in the league. A QB who's playing at a pro-bowl level. It's amazing.

Arian Foster might disagree with your 2nd contention.

Arian Foster might disagree with your 2nd contention.

Jamaal Charles 6.3 YPC
Arian Foster 5.1 YPC

Jamaal is 2nd in the NFL in rushing on only 161 carries:eek:

63 fewer carries than Foster and only 126 fewer yards.

He can disagree all he wants. Total yards, Arian Foster has a slight lead. Yards per carry, JC is far and away the best. In fact I think JC might stand for Jesus Christ.

YPC, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Foster has way more touchdowns and the edge in yards from scrimmage. Let's not go overboard with homerism.

If Charles were our featured back, this wouldn't even be a debate. But, since he's splitting the carries, Foster (I suppose) get's the edge.

However, 63 fewer carries and only 120+ yards less than Foster?? Methinks it's only a matter of time...

I know we got Denver coming up, but we'll take care of them, I can't wait for the SD game. I can't wait to see how this team acts, responds, etc to this type of game. I'm excited. I can't wait to take the division from them in their house.

Which is why the Cassel to Bowe emergence is so critical. We started the Seahawk game passing the ball out the gate then mixed it up pretty well.

Balance is key.

TD's? That's cause he gets the goaline carries. If Charles wants a TD he has to get it from the 15 or further.

Sorry, YPC is by far the best stat to judge a RB. Especially when you compare it to the YPC of other RB's on the same team. (4.0 for Jones as opposed to 4.9 for slaton and 6.0 for Ward) Foster gets a much bigger workload than Charles, but I call that a push since he gets more opportunities but takes more punishment.

Overall, I'd take Charles over Foster any day.

Yes he is. 6 yards a carry is insane. The offense actually started to take off last year once he took over for 2.7

And your point is... what?

This isn't the BCS... Strength of Schedule means nothing in the NFL.

It isn't the Chiefs fault that pathetic teams like Denver are dragging down their Strength of Schedule.

Barry Sanders was the all-time leader in yards per carry. His highest season ever is lower than Charles's career average.

6.4 when 4plus was good.
If Jim Brown has the best # then it's a good stat for backs because he was the best .
