This guy has turned into a pick machine. He had 3 two weeks ago, 4 last week, and 2 already today.

It's official, Matt Cassel > Peyton manning.

Colts minus Tom Moore pulling the offensive strings = Detroit.

Just threw his 2nd pick 6 of the game. 3 picks so far.

4 pick 6s in the past 2 games.

Too many injuries = Manning trying to force. He's having a bad stretch, but he's still Peyton Manning.

Despite your sarcasm, he does consistently make stars at receiver. That doesn't mean he can consistently win games by himself.

How is it worthless? He GAVE 14 points to the opposing team. 2 weeks in a row he's done that.

Yeah Peyton is a different player all of a sudden.
I just think that the supporting cast is the culptret and most casual fans just cant see it. but that just my opinion

Just threw his 4th pick. Most of these picks haven't been the fault of the "inexperienced WR" like some keep saying, these are on him.

That last one was just a great defensive play, IMO.

As someone forced to watch and pay attention due to my job and city I live in, Peyton has not been the same since the Super Bowl.

yes, the injuries have hurt the team and Peyton is trying to carry this team all by himself, but its like he keeps trying to relive that last drive in the Super Bowl and prove that he can make that throw.

So now it's the receiver's fault that Manning is making terrible reads on coverage? The excuses he's getting are unbelievable.

Austin fucking Collie is some sort of superstar now, except when he's on the field, then's he's some scrub that would be nothing without Manning.

Peyton is having an off season. His team is beat the fuck up. He's throwing to some chick named Tamme and still putting up decent stats. No way is he the next Favre. Peyton is way smarter, classier and better than Favre.

manning's a bitch; pisses and moans like a bitch after every interception regardless of if its' his fault.

he's a bitch; I've seen on numerous occasions where he's walked of the field after a hard loss, not meeting with the opponent.....Just like a bitch.

Fuck Peyton manning.

His career, despite the ridiculous numbers, is littered with chokejobs (starting back in college), with one Super Bowl win where he was the least-important part of it. NFL commentators fall over themselves to suck his knob and call him a "field general" and all other bullshit. He's been coddled and sucked-up to his whole life, a #1 overall pick who's had Pro Bowl weapons at WR (Marvin Harrison, then Reggie Wayne) and TE (Dallas Clark) and some damn good RBs (Marshall Faulk, Edgerrin James, Joseph Addai) and he's had the same OC and the same offense all his life. And yet, when he sucks like a cheap Tijuana hooker, people still manage to make excuses for him. "Oh, but he has no one to throw to!" Fuck you Manning lovers, and fuck you Manning. Brady has made his living for a decade dealing with shit on offense. Rivers has been tearing it up without much help. The Great Gazoo can't have it both ways: he can't be so fucking great he's the reason Indy is awesome, and can't also use injuries as an excuse. The bottom line is, the past three games he's been putrid, and he was the sole reason they lost today. Suck it, Forehead. If you didn't have a defense and running game that Super Bowl year, you'd be the Next Dan Marino: a stat machine who was a dickhead and never managed to win the big one.

The fact that he no longer has the protection in the interior of the line that Ryan Lilja and Jake Scott provided for numerous years has shown that Manning isn't some great equalizer that makes his O-Line and receivers so much better than they are.

Every good QB makes the job of his O-Line and receivers easier, but the fact is, and it's being proven as we watch, that it doesn't matter who you are at QB, if your protection breaks down consistently, your game suffers.

Manning has probably peaked already and is on his way down the hill. The loss of most of his weapons has made him look worse though. And it just has accelerated the inevitable.

Seems like a rather accurate take. Manning has performed well with an average at best line but this year the lack of talent on the line has finally caught up.

Up until that last drive, everybody was starting to call Peyton Manning the best QB of all time. He's still one of the all-time greats, but he blew his chance to be the greatest QB ever when he threw a pick to lose the Super Bowl. And I think you're right: he hasn't been the same player since then.

Joe Montana stepped up in every big game he played in. All of the other great quarterbacks have blemishes on their resumes that Montana doesn't have.

Montana didn't have the physical tools of an Elway or a Favre, but he was the greatest player ever in the clutch, and that's what it's all about.

Bad Oline

Even more horrible running game

Beat up WR core

He doesn't have much to work with......no QB could succeed w/ that.
