I'm at work and don't have sound. How does it seal back up? Does that disc lock inplace when it's done?

That would make bartenders jobs a lot easier when its busy. Set it, take another order, pour a well drink, grab the beer, tab them both out and on to the next order

We could have used one of those in the old Frat Boy bar I worked in at Mizzou.
We sold Bud and Coors. There was no light beer back then.
And we wasted a lot of keg beer blowing foam away.
