Who came up with the "Chiefs will" that is on the back of Haley's t-shirt? Is that a marketing slogan or a credo that Haley is installing. I find it interesting, much like Roll Tide or War Eagle.

If this is something Haley dreamt up it would be interesting to hear him discuss it's meaning.

Anyone got the scoop?

Haley looks more and more like Brody Croyle everyday
I expect in his next photo op to be in chest waders with decoys draped about his neck
we need to observe his wife to see if this makes her chest grow

If you go to the Chiefs website and look up clips from Todd Haley's press conferences in the preseason you'll find an answer.

It may have been Haley and or the coaches that came up w/ it. Most training camps seem to try and have some catchy slogan thing on their training camp t shirts for the whole "team" unity/inside joke kind of time.

I dug around a bit and was able to find this at least. It's not much, but it's a tough phrase to search for, as you might imagine:

If you make the trip to training camp, two words are commonplace on campus: “Chiefs Will.”

Those two words are printed, in Chiefs Font, on the back of t-shirts worn by the coaches and players (pictured, upper right). At each practice session, more than one coach is typically wearing a shirt with the mantra printed across the back, and many of the players walk around campus with the shirts on as well.

So, what’s the back-story on these two words becoming a part of this year’s camp?

“I like to have something in camp to keep your focus on and I will keep it between myself and the team, really in-depth,” Haley explained. “Will is an interesting word in football and it obviously has a double meaning, but I will leave it at that. I like the way it sounds for some reason.”

Vermeil had the whole "Gotta Go To Work" thing....T-shirts...painted in locker room...training room...players tunnel to the field at Arrowhead. Nothing new for coaches to create slogans.

Would be awesome if the Chiefs could get this slogan on some t-shirts or sweatshirts for sale at the fanshop. Does anyone know if these are on sale anywhere?
