I feel like the snow would take away some of our quickness. It's not like the Ravens are a dome team or something. They know what to do in the snow. I just don't see why snow would be that great on Sunday.

Only because it's fun to watch. I'd have to agree that we probably don't gain much in terms of win likelihood if it snows.

It's not a sign at all... you might as well point to the game at Mile High and ask "what if that happens again?!?", because at least that game meant something.

We did puss out against the Raiders.

But it was one game.

I count two that happened on this year (@SD the other)

We didn't quit against any of the other losses (even that debacle in Denver)

Our lack of talent in those games combined with other factors (to be expected on an ascending, young team) doomed us against HOU, IND, and almost BUF

You can't question the heart and attitude of this team... (except in the two games previously mentioned) but you can question the talent.

These kids and wannabees have been playing over their head all season.. even Haley and Pioli admit that.

That said, I have every faith that Haley will have them playing over their head next weekend and if successful, I don't think we'll see a team that just walks into PITT and shits their pants. These guys (for the most part) beat PITT last year, and they remember that.

Too early, this far in advance the weathermen are only a little bit better than throwing darts at a board with weather conditions written on it in little squares that are distributed proportionately to what typically happens in KC during January.

Wait till Thursday or Friday.

Yeah, I checked the completely worthless 10 day forecast last Saturday after looking at the weather for the Oakland game, and it said it was going to be 48 for the playoff game... now it's 37, and they have the temps dropping for a few days after, so I have a feeling it will only go down.

Snow would be terrific.

I don't trust Cassel throwing with Ed Reed at Safety. And I don't trust our pass defense to put pressure on Flacco.

In the snow, the Chiefs would have to win the game by running the ball, stopping the run (by stacking the box), and executing the screen game. These are all things we can definitely do.

Forecast not looking as ferocious as before. Cloudy, temps in the upper 20s, ESE winds at 10, snow flurries possible.

Well heck, that's not to bad, that's borderline shorts weather around here. :hmmm:

I hope you all have a great time at the game. Make lots of noise!!

Wow that changed fast.

50% chance of snow Sunday with a high of 27. I don't know how much they're expecting.

Watching Fox 4 right now. The current outlook is a chance for a few flurries, but the main snow event will be well after the game is over. It will be cold, so make sure you add a couple of layers at a minimum.

My son and I have tickets and this would be our first Playoff game ever! However, I got a horrible cold yesterday. I can't talk, breathe, or hardly move. I had a small fever last night. No way in hell I'm gonna let my son miss this though.

One of you may have to help him load my body back in the truck after the game.

I wonder if they'll let me take a couple boxes of kleenexes in...

That's tolerable, I just don't want gusting 40 mph winds.
