I have serious doubts that this guy could make it through a full P90x routine for 30 days. If he actually did the workout as intended, I don't think he could make it through the first one. Its not something that fits his size. He just needs to jog for about 6 months and change his diet. Then he can think about P90x again.

Wow. Did you see those tits? Put a pic of him in the "Would you..." thread & I bet we'd get some takers.

I did P90X twice last year & I'm currently 28 days into another round. You're right. He'd struggle to the workouts with even decent form, but I think even doing the workouts with "modified form" would help him out a lot.

In my experience, the most effective way to lose weight is through a good balance of resistance training, diet, & cardio.

I also agree that it's not likely that he'd complete even 30 days of it. I have to wonder about anyone who would let himself (and his tummy) get to that point in the first place.

I have serious doubts this guy even read the nutrition part of the workout.

I forgot about those guys. They can easily do push-up and pull-up reps back to back to back over 30 mins.

Without even a second delay. In fact, they push themselves up so hard that the fly up high enough to grab the pull-up bars and vice versa. It's quite breathtaking to watch actually.

This.

I actually feel for the guy. He is trying to make a difference and thus far it seems like its working. Hopefully he keeps it up.
