Do you support shutting down the government?

In 1995 it seemed to have worked. http://www.cnn.com/US/9512/budget/12-18/

*it's stimulus.

I support. I have to laugh at those Democrat politicians speaking on tv about this harming the economy. They really think business needs them THAT much. Lolz!

I'd like them to shut down indefinitely and in it's place, how about we NOT have a puppet govt with these Zionist Central Bankers running the show?

BTW, the govt shuts down... look for it to hasten the world's perception that the US dollar is worthless... and many will bail on it, inevitably decreasing it's buying power worldwide.

It seems politics is at its lowest point since i started paying any kind of attention, too many so called leaders & general populace are too deeply entrenched on the extreme ends of the spectrum & using the word compromise is akin to telling someone to go f**k their mother.

Its disgusting.

I could randomly pick 500 names out of a phonebook and get a better government than those vile kleptocrats we have now.

No. The only reason this is an issue is politicians playing games for political gain at your expense. Their is no shut down, that is media/political terminology. The system is in place that no essential government functions shut down.

Bottom line is gamesmanship. Senate now has budget passed by the house and if senate leadership says no, then senate leadership has responsibility for the consequences but they will position the spin as anybody's fault but theirs.

If the Repubs can't get the Dems to go along with their 60B cut, then I say shut that sucker down ! Better we have a run on the greenback now than later, because it's coming like it or not, so don't really see any reason to keep "kicking the can down the street" ?
