So you would fire someone for something they did on their own time and not representing your company in any way shape or form?

I wish she worked for you so she could sue you for unlawful termination.

Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing unless it steps on your deeply held beliefs. Then they can just fuck off.

As far as firing somebody for their views, well, I may not agree with somebody philosophically, but doesn't mean I can't work with them. I mean, hell, basically everybody I work with is a staunch conservative over the age of 60. I'm not, on either count. And who really cares, as long as the job gets done.
