But seriously folks, you can work on your ass. I used to have noassattall and thanks to over a year of marching that bitch of a .9 mile 40 degree slight uphill beginning of the run, my ass is round and nice and plump. The next 3.1 miles are on the even leveled 'Peachtree Street' - THOSE remaining 3.1mis. are a breeze after that bitch called 'Roxboro'

Guys & Girls, listen, I'm serious here, If you TOO have no ass at all, running is your answer. I literally used to NOT have a butt, I now CLEARLY do, and yes, it is nice.

My ass is a lost cause. I have a running back's build. In absolutely perfect shape, I'd have the ass of an Earl Campbell or Barry Word. My cousin and I are the same height, yet I'm 4 inches shorter at the waist and 2 inches taller at the shoulder. OTOH, I can step into a squat stand and squat 500 pounds day or night without working out, so long as my back isn't acting up.

This is incorrect. Anything that takes your knees past 90 dergrees takes you out of your power. 90 degrees or less is where your power range is. Past 90 you can no longer lift your max.

It also creates a sheering effect on the joint. So to keep the joint strong.....no ass to the grass.
