Pretty disturbing ritual practiced there. But, same was said for carving off the foreskin of your baby boy's penis. And flagellation has long been a practice of some devoted Catholics seeking penance.

Here we go on the path to some sort of circumcision/Godwin post... Nice recitation. We all look forward to hearing your takes on anything other than breastfeeding being child abuse and how cloth diapering should be required by law.

I have no problem with circumcision. But surely, a learned fellow such as yourself knows of the horror the Ancient Romans had for the practice their Jewish subjects and neighbors did. It seems pretty fucking weird, carving the top of your penis off, absent the health possibilities, to an outsider.
