MAP OF THE USA ...!!!!! TRY THIS is really neat!!
Wonder how a high school senior would do on this one. See how well you do in placing the states of the United States of America .
All you do is look at the top of the page and drag'n'drop the state where it belongs.

It isn't easy mostly because placing a state in the precise location when it as yet has no boundaries is a bit tricky!

really depends on the order you get the states as much as knowing where they go.

if you get a middle state before you get any bordering states then you can be off just because of no reference point.

I got 100% but I'm a nerd and have always loved looking at maps. When I was a kid I was always tracing atlases and making my own hand drawn maps of the US.

The hardest one I got was putting Nebraska in just the right place as the 3rd one I got an no other states around it, but I got it close enough I guess.

Two of my best friends are Social Studies teachers and even they say they get messed up with "those square states out west."

Over-Head

A lot depends on the order you get the states... TN or say OK, right off the bat is tricky.
I know where roughly everything went, (but like most was off just enough to get a miss) mostly due to 12 years of having an atlas open on my passangers seat in my Transport.

But hey...I`m a Canuck for cry`n out loud...that alone should grant me a few mulligans, seeings as most folks south of the great white north think Toronto is our nations capitol, and Regina is a strip club is some where in Montreal.

I had a dude in a truck stop in Alabama once argue with me my home provience of Nova Scotia was an AMERICAN north east state, and Newfoundland was it`s own country :doh!:
