I took a nap for an hour. Maybe I just need to get out and drive around for a while. Maybe go see a movie just to surround myself with people.

No offense, but you probably do need a therapist. There is no shame in that, though. Does your new job offer health insurance? I think therapists are covered usually.

driving def can wear out that nervous energy, alot of people don't even know what trips their trigger, so throughout the day it is important to write out things that make you feel happy and satisfied so when you get the blues you don't end up buying a tv you don't need, fucking someone you don't need to be, be a jerk, or do as much drugs or alchohol that is needed.

(Writing in notebook, looking at luv over the top of my glasses.) So tell me about your relationship with your mother when you were growing up.
My mom was the one we (my brother and I) went to whenever we wanted something. If you could work her "no" up to a "maybe" then we knew we had it. It was when we heard those dreadful words "go ask you dad" that we knew there was no reasoning with her.

A woman's vegetable garden is growing like mad, but the darn tomatoes won't ripen. There's a limit to the number of uses for green tomatoes and she's getting pretty tired of it.
So she walks over to her neighbor's and asks, "Your tomatoes are always red, while mine are always green. How do you do it?"
Her neighbor says, "Well, this may sound absurd, but here's what you do. After dark, go out into your garden and take off all your clothes. When the tomatoes see you they'll get embarrassed and blush. Tomorrow they'll all be red, you'll see."
Well, what the heck, she figures. So she does it.
The next day her neighbor asks her how it went.
"So-so," she said, "The tomatoes are still green, but the cucumbers are all 4 inches longer."
