Street sweeper plows into Denver BBQ restaurant

A 12,000-pound street sweeper plowed into a Denver restaurant early this morning, destroying the bar and pushing a wall six feet into the dining room.

When you're boiling some water, you can have the water fully boiling with the heat on, and there will be hardly any steam coming out. However, once you turn the heat off with that same pot of water, stream will just come pouring out. Why is that?
