you want to know something real and defintely scary....

I'm currently working with a publically available software that does have "intelligent decision making" capabilites. Not a set of rules or probabilites and decides the best path but total control of the events and makes decisions in the same manner as a human.

We keep joking that this didn't work out so well for Skynet.

But, that genie is out of the bottle now. And countries that don't have the technical expertise or safeguards in place are going to be a threat to us when they start deploying this software. Sweet dreams tonight.:hmmm:
