They want ratings, ban cell phones for draft prospects at the draft, what they cant call them after the shit is over?

Gabbert is definitely going to be the best QB from this draft. He's gonna get the proper developmental curve while the others QBs get thrown to the wolves.

I just hope the fans of Jacksonville realize what a special person they got, and they come out and support them.

If not, Gabbert in LA...dude would be one of the biggest stars in the world if he pans out.

I now have a vested interest in this happening.

Jax is not a good situation. Del Rio will get fired soon and new head coaches usually want their own QB's.

It's a good situation because he's not going to be thrown to the wolves, and he's going to have an elite RB, and a really good TE. He'll need a #1 WR, no doubt, but just getting that cooling off time will be great for him.

Development time doesn't mean shit, its all about the team you go to.Combination of both. Jacksonville is a good spot for a young QB to land. Strong running game, solid receivers. And a capable if unspectacular QB to learn behind for a year or two until he's ready.

Transformers 3 looks crazy. Way better than the first 2.

First, I know I'm way behind on this. 10 minute delay in responding is like a full day in any other thread, but I'm catching up.

Anyway, 2 was horrible due to the writers strike. The director, whose name I'm forgetting and won't bother to look up now, admitted it and mea culpa'ed. He's saying he will make up for it in 3.

I think they'd have to take an end or Amukamara over a DT. They don't need another guy who can collapse the inside of the pocket, they need a guy to help Avril get around the edge or a CB to shut down Jennings, Rice, etc.

Mr. Laz

why are so many teams wanting to trade back??
because the talent level in the middle of the 1st round is pretty much the same as the end of the 1st round in this draft.

Bowers isn't athletic enough to play in a 3-4 is he?

285, they said? I'm not a draftnik...

285 is a bad weight for a 3-4 defense. Too small for DE, too big for OLB.

Minnesota drafts Christian Ponder and any team that wants Andy Dalton better trade up quick.

Who are your top five options for the Chiefs right now? I didn't have time to prepare this year. It seems like our best prospects at this point are:

Robert Quinn
Nick Fairley and we find a spot for him?
Ryan Kerrigan
Phil Taylor? Scares me.
One of the tackles?

Dang, who else? I really wish there was a good receiver pick or QB pick out there.

They took all their time, and clearly tried to back up, and couldn't swing a deal.

So unless you think he's there when you pick in the 2nd, if he's the guy you need, what choice do you have? You gonna go another year with no QB when you're burning up Peterson and a good D? If you think Ponder is your guy at 20, but can't back up, then you gotta do it.
