Does the draft start at 8:00 EST?

10 minutes per pick, after a 10 minute intro or something. That would mean KC likely isn't picking until 11:00 EST?? That's a long wait. I'm not liking the day 1 on Thursday night.

I vaguely recall thinking last year that it would be really late by the time they got through 32 picks, but it being like 10:30 when they finished.
