Why in the hell has Gordon not either scored or been thrown out on the bases? He should have gone for the triple with one out or gone for the plate with two outs. Make the first baseman throw you out at the plate. Even if there's only a 40% chance of making it home, that's much more likely than the next batter getting a hit.

Was in town tonight so I went to the game. Hosmer really needs to learn to wait for his pitch. Once he does that he'll be a great hitter. Great, night, beautiful stadium, but I wish Royals baseball was what it was 25 years ago :( depressing really.
