You can make turkey gravy without fat, just like you can make beef gravy without fat. That's not generally how it's done, though.

I don't use a lot, and thin it down well with hot water...but your right, it will thicken it up too much if your not carefull

Sorry. Turkey gravy is just reduced juices with a little body. It's mostly just juice, like an au jus. It shouldn't be dumped on a piece of turkey like gravy on a biscuit.

Turkey gravy can have fat. Stewie is making normal turkey gravy, but he's using a fat separator to lessen the amount of fat in his gravy. That's the only difference here.
