Moody's and Fitch have both been careful and soft-pedalling it. It is S&P that everyone is freaked out about. The betting has always been 1 out of 3 rating agencies being unhappy with merely a debt limit increase without much cutting. We need to actually start not paying people before the other 2 get excited.
