How's Duffy looked this season?
Throws a hell of a lot of pitches. Seems to go 3-2 on every batter.

Duffy making sure Verlander has a lead before he even throws a pitch.
Al Bundy

With the way Verlander has been pitching, Duffy might have already lost the game.

Hard not to think like that with Verlander on the mound.

Can't really pick it up on the broadcast, but Verlander must have all sorts of nasty movement to his fastball.
And Gio comes through. Awesome.

I'm wondering if the radio guys were confused. I'm seeing an error and unearned run everywhere, but maybe that will change shortly.
I'm thinking maybe the official scorer was saying sac bunt and error, but then maybe he later decided to take away the sac bunt and give him a fielder's choice instead?

That's what Ryan said, it was changed to fielder's choice

pitcher errors can still lead to unearned runs.

the radio guys were saying the error was wiped out to a fielder's choice, which I haven't seen confirmed anywhere. I'm wondering if the sac bunt was just changed and the scorer left the error in, and the radio guys got confused.
