We're evaluating one that costs $200/user. I believe there are some that are much cheaper. (pdf995 is $20 but lacks functionality) It just takes time to find & evaluate trial versions & I'm trying to save some time if you guys know of a good one.

We use PDFConvertor Pro in my office. I don't do the billing....so I can't say how much it is per user but its got some good functionality.
