Just curious. Cheap way to get the boys to a game this year.
Just bought 4 tickets and a parking pass for $45.

Me +1. Not sure who the +1 is yet. Going to see if dad's new seats are as good as his old ones. :)

I'll be there. Taking my daughter to her 1st Chiefs game. She doesn't care that it's only preseason.

Best thing about preseason?

You can bump up to the best seats in the house after about the first quarter.

I wish I could get the time off to make the drive down.

Apparently, I'm the only person I know who is able to take off work a couple of hours early.

My buddy just let me know that his wife informed him last night that he won't be going Friday, so I have another pair in 319 if someone wants to pick up a cheap set.

Will anyone be tailgating? I will be parking near Gate 5, probably in Lot N. I won't get there in time to do anything extensive, but I wouldn't mind having a drink or two with some people.

So, how would I go about getting some autographs? Do players hang out on the field after the game? Should I just go down and try before the game while they're warming up?

I think it's still $22. What are your plans before the game? I'm not tailgating, but wouldn't mind meeting up with some people for a beer or two before heading into the game.

We are parking and heading straight in, I think. I have to work tomorrow. If anything changes, I'll PM ya.

$27 huh. Those dirty assholes.

I'm starting to consider not going. I'm already out the cost of the hotel, but gas + food + parking is starting to get a little too expensive.

What's up Cp... I'm new here but have been reading post for awhile. If anyone is looking for tickets to the Rams game I may sell mine. My seats are sec 123 row 24 if I remember right. Haven't even opened my ticket package yet. So if anyone is interested just shoot me a Pm. Anyway hoping the rain hold off for the game tomorrow, hate the idea of any extra water in my beer

for me, since i live 3 hours from KC, its not even worth going to preseason games, I just save my money to go to a extra regular season game or 2

I just love coming to KC. If I had someone to come with me, then I would have someone to split hotel, gas, and parking (saving me roughly $75). Right now, I can still swing coming up, especially since the room is paid for. But parking is nearly $30. Damn. If someone wanted to go with me and pay for parking, I'd be up for it. Especially since I'm supposed to meet someone to pick up something I'm buying before going into the game. Trying to figure out how I'm going to do that if I still come up but don't go to the game.

People have said to hit them up. I wasn't going to charge anything. I don't feel right inviting someone that already lives up there, and then making them pay.

Hotel is already paid for. If I bring a cooler with some drinks and food, I could come up for a night away and just be out gas for the weekend by not going to the game. I wonder if the person I'm supposed to meet would be willing to run said item by the hotel? They're coming in from out of town as well.

I remember back in the day when, regardless of where you or any other person was coming from or going to, someone would step up and help out.

I remember several years ago, making an innocent off the cuff remark about how long it had been since I had been to a game, only to have Steve (FDE) PM me with a free ticket to the home opener against the Jets that year.

Like I said, this place is slipping.

If it wasn't my weekend with the kiddo's, I'd go and help you out! Maybe next time I can!

Sorry, girl! There are plenty of people going that live up in KC, maybe if you go, you can carpool to the game with them and that would cut the cost of parking.

the only way is behind the pavillion after the game in the players parking lot....even then, there are no guarantees.
