Domino's won't deliver to my house. Pisses me off. I can get Minsky's delivered, for Christ's sake.

We had a Wheat State Pizza in Springfield for a little while. Didn't last. I didn't really care for it, though, so oh well.

Had Minsky's for a while now. It seems to be doing better.

Less than two minutes after posting in this thread, I got an email from Domino's. Something about a gift card from the Noid.

In the past ten years, let me count how many times I've had national-chain pizza.

Pizza Hut: 0.

Domino's: 1.

Papa John's: 1.

And, frankly, for 10 years, that was 2 times too many.

Has Domino's pizza gotten any better since the 'revamp' of their recipe?

Marginally.

Imagine cardboard with some new spices on it. Now eat it.

There you have it.

Meh, I like it.

But I'm not at all picky.

We like the thin crust. The hand tossed or whatever they call the other stuff still sucks IMO.

That's pretty much what I remember from back when I last had some.

This answers my question.

Hi Trudy, I'm tracking my order online, I see my pizza is in the Prep stage and I've noticed that you have a hair lip. Is it possible to get someone else to make my pizza? kthx.

I'm hungry. I wonder what kind of pizza type thing I can find at the 7-11 across the street from my work.

There's a Pizza Hut in a nearby food court, and occasionally I'll get one of the little personal pan pizzas for lunch. They're not bad.

But ordering pizza from a national chain when you live in the Chicago area? Insanity. There are just far too many excellent choices up here for that.

And I haven't had Abominos in decades.

I hated Dominos in Springfield mainly bc I don't like the guy who owns the franchises there. I eat it up here though. I miss Little Caesar's deep dish pizza though.

you know? good pizza is rare these days. Everything is basically based on being cheap and profitable. But there really isn't anything good in Lawrence. When drunk, shuttle will taste good but have you ever tried it sober? Not good.

Honestly, I'd rather have Pizza Hut than Domino's any day of the week. In fact, I'd rather have Pizza Hut than garbage Papa John's too. Domino's "new pizza" was a huge huge improvement. Yet it's still the worst pizza in town.

I think "Noids" is getting piles from eating too much cheap pizza....
