In the second inning, a guy hit a line drive to Francoeur and Francoeur threw him out at 1st. That was pretty nice.

So losing 7-0 but managing to not get no-hit by a 27 yr old career minor leaguer that hadn't made a start in the big leagues until this season is what qualifies as a victory these days?

As a ginormous KU bb fan I can tell you it doesn't even matter. We can lose to mid majors in the tourney from anywhere.
