Doesn't matter. It is painfully obvious after this free agent period that our owner is a cheap as sonofabitch. Watching free agents signing all over the league while we are 40 mil over the cap has pretty much soured me on Clark. It's too bad, because I always thought he wasn't all about the money. It's gonna be a long time till this team can compete with the Steeler, Raven, Patriots of this league.

he inherited the team and he should just sell it to someone like Mark Cuban, in fact, he should sell it to Mark Cuban. We need some passion from an owner. I'm sure Cuban wouldn't mind owning an NFL team.

Owens and Moss.

Other than that the guys on the roster have to step up. Lewis needs to play like a starter and not just benefit from having Berry by his side. Houston and Sheffield need to get the QB and learn how to drop back in coverage. KC has two top 5 draft picks on the DL and you'd never know it. They should be playing like Jenkins/Seymour/Raji, etc., based on their draft slot. Cassel needs to immediately return to mid season last year ala the Seahawks game.

Haley and Pioli screwed the pooch with depth and the final roster.

If things are horrific come November, then I say all in for Andrew Luck. In the meantime, I just dont want to start rooting for losing 2nd week of the season. The idea of rooting for us to lose right now so we can maybe draft a top prospect in the draft makes me sick a little, especially with no gaurantee that our FO will draft the guy. Im afraid theyd trade the pick so they wouldnt have to pay the #1 pick $$$. Just sayin...

ugghh this season is going to suck soo hard!

Stop worrying about this year and rub your prayer beads for Luck. That's the path for long term success.

Red Auerbach said it best, when he drafted Larry Bird a full year before he was going to graduate so he could be certain to get him -- "what's one year? Nothing."

Why havent we resigned Reshard Langford yet? He's got heart and played hard. That beats what we fielded for safety Sunday after EB29 got hurt.

this is the same coach/FO that cut Benard Pollard but continues to house Jon McGraw and Sabby Piscitelli, think about that.

Benard Pollard is not worse than either of them. It's not even close.

I dont understand why we haven't done anything yet...I guess cuz its only Tuesday, but it seems like there should be more urgency. Im going to have no patience for this year...

This the price you pay for not going 1000% to improve your team each year. Even when you do shit goes wrong.

I still think Pioli is a good,if not great, GM but he just doesn't think FA is worth the risk.

Pioli is the tortoise in the race ... slow and steady.

There is no one but Andrew Luck.

Sadly, he is not available unless we go through a period of incredible intense pain this season.

With our luck, the Chiefs will bail out of the Luck sweepstakes by losing their first 12 then going on a 4-game win streak.

I'm not sure even that will do it. Some people are ignoring Manning and saying this is the best QB prospect since Elway. Unless he comes back down to earth this fall, only a drooling retard decides not to draft him.
