Will it suck? I think so but I can't stand Asston Kutcher. Charlie will be missed. He really made the show. What do you think?

So, you're saying Kutcher is like McGraw after Sheen blew his acl?
Meh...
Never liked the show to begin with.

So how did they explain Charlie being gone, in the storyline? Did they kill him off, or what?

He was killed off. At the funeral Rose told a story how on their honeymoon she returned to their hotel room to find Charlie in the shower with another women. Then, tragically, the very next day Charlie "fell" in front of a train and his body exploded upon impact.

That was the worst POS I've ever seen. I don't even care to watch the "continuation". Ashton Kutcher is a dork, Allen's character is hollow without Charlie, the writing was bad. I didn't even laugh once.

I'm sure that whole cast knows this is the end. Too bad, I actually liked the show but it was beyond horrible last night.

Aww, thanks. I give this new show 8 weeks, before they pull the plug.

Stick a fork in it, it's done.

you can't replace an ass kicker with an ass kisser and expect the audience not to notice.

Sheen was a real life f*ck up, which made him funny and likeable. Kutcher is a real life suck up who's been a tool bag off the set from Day 1.

Should have let a dead horse die.

It actually made me angry. All the build up and the opening scene at the funeral was just stupid. They had all the girls he's screwed before making "funny" comments about him, then his mom stands up and tries to sell his beach condo, and Alan was just delivering lines that were supposed to be funny. It was a train wreck. Maybe Charlie can come back mid season and it could be a faked death or something that he and Rose were in on. That'd be the only way to salvage this sunken ship.

Yeah. Only way to save the show is bring him back from a faked death.

I liked two broke girls though. But that could be I am partial to the big breasted brunette.

I wonder if it's as bad as Sheen's recent public groveling?

Yeah, the 2 broke girls show was good. I like both of the chicks.

Show was going downhill anyway. The whole appeal in its prime was Charlie being a happy go lucky drunk, self absorbed, playboy and when they began to run out of material they gave him a wife and tried have him settle down. Might as well have Tony Soprano find religion and expect people to want to keep watching.

Speaking of Sheen, did anyone see the roast on Comedy Central last night?

ROFL

Jeff Ross is the man when it comes to roasting someone, and I thought the young blonde chick was going to make Steve-O seriously cry when she joked about Ryan Dunn's death. Shatner was a nice surprise...much funnier than I anticipated.

The writing last night came off as very pathetic. They tried to make Charlie's charector gay. They took constant shots that were transparently directed at Sheen.

The jokes about Charlie wearing his girlfriend's panties and having sex with another man were lame.

So for X amount of seasons Charlie was a total rich bachelor ladies man and then all of a sudden after he's dead he's gay? They came off as a bunch of butt hurt vaginas.

Nobody watched the Sheen roast last night? I'm disappointed...

Forgot about one of the best jokes of the night. Can't remember who told it, but it went like this:

"Charlie Sheen and Bruce Willis have a lot in common. They were both big stars in the '80s, and now both are having their old slots filled by Ashton Kutcher!"

My favorite, I forgot who said it, but it went something like this:

"With all the damage you've been doing to your kidneys, liver, lungs and heart, I'm amazed the only thing you've had removed were your kids!"

Yeah, some of the shots taken at Sheen were brutal, but I thought he was a really good sport about the whole thing...

They really amped up the laugh track usage making it twice as unfunny.

Seriously... laugh tracks do nothing to enhance shows. I have no idea why shows still use it.

Well fuck it... I was watching it as I typed up this post, but I can't get past this funeral scene. Wow.

This week's show was remarkably well written.

Not the highest brow of humor, but well written.

The manscaping comparison, followed by Berta's 'I knew that was how you paid for rent?'

Asston telling Duckie to leave his junk alone or he'd have to put a cone on it?

Rose being Kate's investor?

InChiefsHell

I actually watched it this week. Seriously, I don't think I've watched a full episode since Asston showed up. I did see the song and dance with the gay guy a couple weeks ago...To me, it's as weak as it ever was since Charlie left. They are trying way too hard with Allen's character, the relationship with he and Asston just doesn't work.

I did find it interesting that Rose showed up, and I assumed this is the first time she's been seen since the end of Charlie? Translation, writers are desperate to bring back another character that worked well before. The problem is, Rose was great because of Charlie.

Show sucks. That is all.

Networks shovel it, the American public loves to roll around in it.
