I get about 30-40 kB/sec on average when downloading their podcasts. Is their server that slow or is there an issue on my end?

Directly from their site, I just pulled down a show @ 380 kB/s, and through their RSS feed using Ziepod I got 520 kB/s.

Wonder WTF my problem is because torrents come down fast and I'm malware-free.
