I'll probably hate this win in the offseason when we miss out on Luck, but I'll be damned if that wasn't a nice win. Got my blood flowing.

A win against a winless Manning-less Colts team that means the Chiefs probably lost their chance to draft a franchise QB in April.

You think this will still feel good in 6 months after the Chiefs are coming off a non-playoff losing season?

It must just be but that was a semi-ugly win, IMHO.

I will not say that it did not feel good.

Suck Luck threads coming soon at a theater near you.

I was all for losing if it guaranteed Luck. It didn't and made no sense but meh, why kill dreams. Matt is good at that.

I desperately want a new qb, regardless of what Cassel did today.

But i just cant consciously root for a loss.

This team isn't bad enough to get Luck you dumbfuck. As I've tried to say all along.

We are putting the cart before the horse here. This question isn't Luck or whatever, its what is Pioli going to do with Cassel doing shit like this. Yes its a bad defense, but with each game like this it becomes easier to use excuses for the bad games he will have later on.

you are among the most ignorant if you think the losses gurantee anything with this franchise. lost their chance to draft a QB.....you people have lost your minds

If the Colts go from Peyton to Luck, that has to violate some kind of anti-trust competition law or something. The Colts would officially become my most hated team, which right now is the Patriots

Well we get to play a lot of good teams coming up soon, so we'll get to see that trend continue.

Yeah, the last few weeks have proven that this team is not really in the Andrew Luck race anymore. I want him just as badly as anybody, but I just don't think it's realistic. We might as well root for them to win now.

hey, we could just as easily be 3-2 right now had cassel not bailed us out against the chargers..

But once we hit that late season schedule we are screwed. My angus will be peppered.

Cassel once again showing he has what it takes to beat bad teams. Too bad the upcoming schedule is loaded with mostly good ones. His true colors will come out after these late decent performances.

He is what he is. A competent QB at times, but not really special or talented enough to beat the "Big Boy" teams.

You think this will still feel good in 6 months after the Chiefs are coming off a non-playoff losing season? How could that possibly matter? You can either 1) enjoy the win or 2) not enjoy the win. Either way, it impacts precisely nothing outside of your little head.

Did not feel good at all. Was like a kick in the nuts with a steel toed boot. Seriously I have to question whether its worth rooting for this cursed franchise after that shit.

Ever since the playoff game against Indy with Sir Kicker Whose Name I Will Not Mention, I have absolutely hated the Colts. My hatred for the Colts has multiplied every time they have gotten in our way in the playoffs since. With that said, as much as I think landing Luck would be nice, I have a difficult time ever rooting against the Chiefs regardless of circumstances (as much as I would like a charasmatic QB who can throw downfield with confidence), so I was glad they beat the Colts today.

However, if the Colts end up with Luck, it will make me sick.
