Found it cleaning out some of my Dad's stuff. I think he ended up with it after my grandpa's estate auction. I think there is a good chance grandpa built it. He had an 8088 that he put in a Zenith case similar. I don't know if it works or not. I assume it does, but I couldn't find a power cord.

It is really interesting. It is an early-ass model from the dawn of the laptop computing era. Really pretty cool what they were able to do in 1988, particularly with LCD screens. However, the sheer mass of the thing is pretty substantial.

It is pretty interesting to see and fool with, but my real question is whether it is worth any money. If not, it's going to the dump, but I thought it might be worth something to somebody.

Anyway, pics.

YOU HAVE THIRTY MEGABYTES OF PICTURES IN ONE POST.

I've never even done that in Gif'd Up.

I'm pretty sure it was a DOS unit. What's really amazing is they somehow managed an LCD. I didn't even think they had LCDs in 1988.

Damn sexy. It's no coincidence that the closed floppys resemble a pair of tits.

That's my question. Is there any value to this?
