As expected his rcord breaking game against the Donx ballooned his value. 5mil a year, 8 to 10 signing bonus.

I love Porsches, but settles for my Cherokee.

I didn't think the Chiefs would be in the running for Dillonthis next offseason anyway. I think the answer to the Chiefs RB problems lies elsewhere, another lesser known FA, or the draft.

Dillon: Great onfield talent, great off-field bagage. Overall his bagage outweighs his talent.

I'd rather develop a running back from the draft than deal with someone else's malcontent.

Chuck,
I have to give you credit. You are steadfast and unwavering in your stance on Dillon. don't necessarily agree with you, but certaintly respect your opinion.

Just going on record that I'm about as far away from Chuck's position as I can possibly be, but he's intitled to his opinion. I just reserve the right to hold mine also.

I think Dillon would be an excellent acquisition for the Chiefs. I think he brings a running toughness that we haven't seen in KC for quite some time. If he can start gaining this kind of yardage behind Cincinatti's rather poruous line, I can't wait to see what he could do behind ours.

If that means letting Shields go, then so be it. I'd rather have a pro-bowl running back than a pro-bowl guard anyday. Especially, when they're both asking for about the same base salary.

I'm not worried at all about "what so and so is going to ask for next year" at this point in the season. Bring this up again closer to Free Agency and let's see who's actually available and for how much. Everyone asks for the moon to begin with. It's all agent bluster at this time.

WE have the backs. Richardson, Anders, Moreau. The OC needs to develop plays that opens holes for these guys. The blocking scheme never helps the run. It does nice for passing but...

After watching the Raiders game to this point I'd say we should be less concerned with our running offense and more with our running defense.

I've yet to understand how our running defense can be so porous and our pass rush be so potent.

Chuck, that's easy. We have no running game. What are they practicing against?<P>

Actually one thing that puzzles me is how everyone says Cinci's Oline is so horrid and Dillon would do great and wonderous things behind our line.

Gang, when it comes to run blocking our Oline sucks. They're good at pass blocking but a cross of Jim Brown, Payton, Dorsett and Earl Campbell wouldn't prosper behind our Oline.
