If you were to assess a QB, what would you grade and how would you weight them?

For example, this is something I am just throwing together off the top of my head:

Physical:
General Athletic Ability
Predisposition to Injury
Height

Ball-Handling:
Accepting the snap
Drop-back
Play-Action
Ball protection (scrambling, hit in the pocket, and running in the open field)

Throwing:
Arm Strength (both velocity and trajectory)
Accuracy
Footwork
Wind-up
Release (both delivery angle and speed)

Decision-making:
Ability to read defenses pre-snap
Ability to identify direction of blitzes pre-snap
Ability to adjust the play to pre-snap reads (hot-routes and audibles)
Ability to read defenses post-snap
Ability to sense pressure post-snap
Ability to work through progressions quickly
Ability to get the ball out in a timely manner
Ability to look off defenders

Intangibles:
Leadership
Charisma
Intelligence
Hard-working
Passion for the game

I haven't weighted mine, but you get the idea.

It might be far fetched, but I don't think my assessment is too far off from a Brett Favre-type quarterback.
