True. But, no team that has won a Superbowl during the 30 years I've been alive has done so with a career back up, unless you count the year the Rams won when Kurt Warner replaced the injured Trent Green. And, unless the Chiefs' offensive line gets to be as good as they were in 2003, then not even a top rookie prospect QB will shine well with them. You can't expect any QB to be all-pro material when he's constantly getting sacked or running for his life.

Bring in a LG and RT and the line is set. Don't need the greatest line ever, and a legit QB will make the line even better.
