Yup. they have all their TO and the 2 minute warning. Even if they stop us they ****ed themselves on field position.

They have zero confidence in their D. How many times have we punted today?

I honestly believe that Cassel would. I am telling you, Failey was a huge drain on a number of players on this team. Cassel will be fine. I am anxious to see his turn around.

While I believe that Haley is a full of monkey turd coach, I will  at your Cassel comment.

The good news is that if Orton will stay on, then the Chiefs can cut Cassel with little impact on the rest of the cap. So, it comes down to who the next head coach wants.

Pioli doesn't make that move if cassel stays healthy.

This entire team looked 10x better with orton. Period. Crennel may have had some effect but plain and simple, our qb made plays our last qb couldn't.

You're trying to be sarcastic and failing miserably. The defense has been playing well all year, they've just be left to hang with constant 3 and outs. We start getting lengthy drives in due to solid QB play and LO AND BEHOLD...

Our offensive play calling was a lot better today IMO. It's obvious the QB play was night and day.

Plays got in on time without Haley interfering.

I don't know if it was just play calling or it was also a qb who actually spotted the hot route, checked out of plays, and gave a play a chance instead of blindly checking down. Not to mention being able to actually dial up deep plays.

Hali!! 3 sacks today! He gave Newhouse a run for his money all day.

Orton was finding the wide open receivers. I truely think Cassel went into every play knowing where he was going to throw it, and if it wasn't there things went to shit.

The O line did a great job in pass blocking. Even B-Rich didn't have his usual guaranteed whiff and false start.

A combination. KC mixed in screens and sweeps that utilized the mobility of the offensive line, rather than just going with the typical "run, run, short pass, punt" game plan.

Going on a deep play (on a first down no less!) with QB that can throw more than 20 yards. BRILLIANT!

Watching orton execute screens was night and day. Same with the playaction.

He actually tries to sell the play and has the patience to wait for a screen to develop. That made a huge difference.

WHAT A NAIL BITER OF A GAME! It wasn't it exciting but it was GREAT! I had to do a little work this morning and got stuck stopping in a small Irish bar that had the game on. No other Chiefs fans and no Packers fans, just the Redskin's fans, a large group of Bears fans, and that was it.

As the game drew to a close, all the fans come over to pat me on the back and congratulate me like I really had anything to do with it but boy did it feel great and make me feel special for being a Chiefs fan!

Anyone at the stadium had to be floating on air!

What a great day!

It opens up alot of options for an offense when the opposing defense has to respect the deep threat to some degree.

We did get the benefit of their offensive line getting beat up.

The Chiefs kind of lucked out today on that front. Okay with it, but it certainly helped the defense against Rogers.

You are just trolling now, right? How did their o-line get beat up? The Chiefs created their own luck. Even before then Hali was disrupting plays.

And they got the benefit of not having to face Berry or Charles. That is the way it goes.

I enjoyed this game more than most. It had drama, it had comedy, it had good pacing and a good script, and it had a happy ending. I love happy endings.
