I've heard a bit about Hightower, but nothing on Keuchly. You think he's ready to start and make an impact?

Yes he is. This is a really good year for middle linebackers.

Fucking awesome. I think it's one of our glaring weaknesses.

If we don't trade up or something and Burfict or Hightower is sitting there on our 2 round pick, I'd jump all over that.

Keuchly is a can't miss prospect. He's a better version of Jerod Mayo.

I think he's a top 10 talent.

I've heard a bit about Hightower, but nothing on Keuchly. You think he's ready to start and make an impact?Yes. He's considered a top 20 draft pick by many. Some think he's the best defensive player in the nation. Here's a breakdown on him, as a person...

I don't get the Keuchly lovefest. Looks slow.

I don't get the Keuchly lovefest. Looks slow.He has led the nation in tackles two years in a row. That doesn't usually equal being slow. He also has 7 picks. He's a high-motor guy, who will go in the first round without question and most likely in the top 20.

He's heady an has either led or come close to leading the nation in tackles for three years.

If you want a MLB or ILB who is going to be where the play is, he's can't miss.

Boston College is one of my favorite schools for prospects, too... They almost never bust.

1st in the nation in solo tackles, but tied at 98th in the nation in tackles for a loss.

I just don't see him as a top 15 talent. Late first round for a 3-4 ILB, okay.

Draft Scout Rankings have Vontaze Burfict as the highest ranked ILB and projected round of 2-3.

You aren't looking at junior's in your link. Switch to the 2013 class and you'll see a lot of familiar names.

I hope we aren't looking at ILB early in the draft. We don't really need anything besides depth at ILB. I'd rather draft a position where we need a starter and go with someone like James-Michael Johnson or Jerry Franklin in the mid rounds.

I like Jerry Franklin.

If Burfict fell into the third I would absolutely take him.

He is the absolute opposite of a Pioli player. There is no reason for us to take him.

We can take a pretty good ILB, or settle for the pretty good ILB we have right now, who will stay disciplined and not cost our team five personal fouls a season.

I'd say our pick is Poe or Kuechly.
