Great plays by Dorsey but in 2 out of the 4 our NT gets moved back off the line. And in one both the NT and ILB gets owned. A pretty good illustration of where we need to focus our attention in the offseason. In regards to our D that is.

Chop blocks are illegal when a defender is engaged with a lineman and another lineman/blocking back attempts to go low, to take out the knees.

In the Gif of Jackson, if he was still engaged at the time the chop block was about to occur it would have been illegal.

Not sure what I'm suppose to look at.

AJ over his 9 year career avg's 78.4/1072 and 5.8 TDs.

Bowe over his 5 year career avg's 71.2/985.4 and 7.2 TDs. Slightly skewed to the monster year Charles had and the pitch and catch TDs he racked up last year.

I dont have access to PFF because I really don't care to pay for it, so I can't compare their drops.

We'll see how it plays out as Bowe's career progresses, stagnates, or regresses.

Right now I would not put Bowe in the top 5 receivers. He belongs somewhere in the top 10.

Some people seem to think because he's the "Chiefs best receiver in [enter years here]" that that makes him a top 5 receiver.

EDIT: Bowe is also averaging 15 games a season to AJs 13.5.

Dont give a 9 year average for AJ, thats a non-starter comparison, lets see where he was over 5, like Bowe.

And docking Bowe because of Charles, how do you really quantify that? or 'pitch & catch' td's? like Johnson & every other starting wr doesnt get those every year.

This team has been so bad, for so long... that people are now knocking the legit stars we have, a feeding frenzy gone too far.

The year before Arian Foster joined the Texans AJ had 1500 yards and 8 TDs. During the years AF has been on the team AJ has 1500 and 1200 yard years with 9 and 8 TDs. This year he was injured and only accumulated 492 yards and 2 TDs.

Bowe's 4 other years he's scored 4, 5, 5, and 7 TDs. Now take into account that he didn't really increase in yards last year but he scored 15 TDs.

Explain how Andre Johnson was better than Dwayne Bowe in his first five years.

We're all ears.

I bring the same stats up everytime failpass cries about someone calling Bowe a top flight reciever. He can't other than listening to what the talking heads tell him.

Wtf? You are penalizing Bowe because of JC? Moron.

Have you heard of Arian Foster?

That guy is the same doofus that wants to trade Dorsey for a 3rd....and draft another 5 tech in that spot ROFL I wouldn't put much stock into yet another fail of his.

If every NFL team were offered the choice between AJ and Bowe, both for the same money, do you think any team would select Bowe? Including the Chiefs.

I am a Bowe fan, and I would call Bowe top 10, not Elite yet. Then again, I don't think there are very many ELITE WR's.

ELITE?

C.Johnson

Fitz
A. Johnson

And then there is everyone else.....

That's a tough one.

Both have similar skill sets, though I think Johnson is more reliable, a bigger target, and faster.

But, Bowe has youth and no injury history to speak of.

I think you could make a legit case for either.

Andre Johnson is 30 years old (31 this summer) and has missed 12 games in two seasons.

Bowe would easily be the pick of most GMs.

You're not thinking logically.

Two years ago it's AJ without a second thought.
