So this oil that is NOT currently coming to the U.S. (no Keystone, after all) is going to continue NOT coming to the U.S. - and this is going to make the price of gasoline go up how?

That's probably coming anyway. But, having a reliable, friendly country supplying us with more crude would have been a good thing.

Backing waterborne barrels out of the US refining market and creating "shovel ready jobs" along the way.
