Your Welcome

February 28, 2012
Since beginning its National Pancake Day celebration in 2006, IHOP has raised nearly $8 million to support charities in the communities in which it operates. On February 28, 2012, guests from around the country are invited to celebrate National Pancake Day at IHOP and enjoy a free short stack of Buttermilk pancakes.* In return for the free pancakes, guests are asked to consider leaving a donation for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals© and other designated local charities.

This is what you have to wait on a normal day. Pack that place out, and you're looking at 2hrs for crappy free food.

IHOP should definitely be in the overrated thread.

Even my kids shout in unison when we pass one...."Never. Never again."

Yeah, let's wait around for hours with the white trash to get an effing pancake.

I've never set a single toe in an IHOP, that's one part of Americana that I can do without.

Thanks for telling me to stay away. The lines will be ridiculous.

I work downtown near the university. Every now and then you hear about Chipotle with free burrito day. Sounds awesome right? Not if you want to wait 45 minutes in a line out the door it's not.

I've never set a single toe in an IHOP, that's one part of Americana that I can do wothout.

I think it's pretty good for cheap food. We hit up IHOP a lot in college around 2:30 am after the bars closed.

However, I don't understand why people would wait in line forever to get a damn cheap ass pancake.

It's freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

LOL I was thinking about going down to the New HyVee here in Springtown for mens night just so I could get a free beer.

I think about alot of things that I never actually do though so I might not make it there either.

The only thing I can imagine is worse than eating at Ihop is doing it on a day that will attract all of the area's degenerates.

I don't know about you, but an hour of my time is worth a lot more than $5.

It'll be like walmart but food will be served.

Exactly, what is your time worth, right? Waiting 1-3 hours in line, for my chance to eat some nasty "free" pancakes with the walmart crowd, is not worth my time.

I pity the poor sunovabitch that has to clean their shitter on that day.

IHOP is the worst restaurant there is. They suck all across the country.

if you like eggs disgustingly undercooked, you'll love IHOP

Now I know where NOT to go. Besides I would rather pay for a buttermilk pancake at CrackerBarell then get a free one at IHOP.

Perkins is more expensive but better than IHOP. I will tell you this. The Shawnee one has decently normal people in and around it and it makes go, this isn't so bad. Then you go to the one in Independence and you question if this species should go any further.

Ironically there is an all you can see pancake titties going on today at IHOP as well.

Good. That means my ex is swamped with west-Kansas rednecks demanding free mounds of sugar and cake to shove into their and their fat children's throats.

The last time I went to IHOP it was 2 in the morning, and the place was full of drunken retards. It was so loud and obnoxious in there. Sounded like a 3rd grade cafeteria. The waitresses were all extremely noticeably pissed off with their job. Haven't been back.
