Can you pay to watch it online for a lesser amount? I want to hook up the Iphone to the tv via this method.

You have to have the Sunday ticket for your TV before you can get the mobile version and it's $50 extra...you may be able to get it cheaper, but they will most likely give you a better break on your Ticket as opposed to the Mobile version. I'd ask for that to be lowered first.

No Sunday ticket for me this year if Cassel is the starter.

What do you mean lesser amount?

If you have a PS3 you can buy it without having a subscription to DirecTV but its like $300 or something.

You can get it free or close to free. Call and bitch. Its easy.

edit: I mean direct ticket, not the stand alone online one.

The online version is an add-on to the regular sunday ticket. They really should make it a separate thing because they'd probably double the number of subscribers for it. I don't think they ever will because it's a huge marketing tool for signing people up for DirecTV. Without it DirecTV loses a big edge over cable.

Thanks for the replies. I got it pretty cheap last year. (only like 70.00 I think) My main goal was to get rid of Direct TV, but I have to have Sunday Ticket.

I can get you pig semen for $12 a dose if you want. Frazod has a contract on all my $6 stuff so don't even ask.

THIS

They own the entire market. It's not like MLB where you can go "Extra Innings" or the "MLB.TV" route. Many options in every sport except for NFL football. It's very frustrating. I actually love directv, but they're product is over-priced. It needs to be squeezed by some more competition and getting Sunday Ticket available for other providers is the key (but not going to happen).

Having said that, what someone above said is true. Call them and complain and tell them you're canceling ST...they'll give it to you for a ridiculous price.

I call to cancel every year and never pay more than $200 for everything. Even if you have given up all hope for the Chiefs it's still worth it to get the games you want to see.

If I didn't cancel with Brodie Croyle starting I never will.

Then watch other games. I never got this line of thinking.

As a new DirectTV customer, NFL ticket comes bundled with any of the regular packages, so I'm paying roughly $61 a month for everything except movie channels, three TV's, and NFL season ticket.

Pretty good deal.

EDIT: And existing customers it is $199.
