LMAO

Can't wait to see how you Pioli nut huggers spin this.

Nothing like taking a guy that didn't dominate in C-USA to play next to a guy that didn't dominate in the SEC.

Chapman in the third would have been a better pick and a better player

Is he that much better than Fletcher? Or for that matter is he better than anyone we could have gotten in round 2? Oh well, let's hope he lives up to his potential, because he wasn't even able to dominate C-USA teams. Hell he was 2nd team all conference there.

He is really athletic. That makes up for him not being good at the game of football.

Possibly the worst pick in Chefs history

I empathize with that! I just finished my screaming 15 minute rant in front of my wife. Everyone else knows how to trade down. We take a guy lucky to be in the first round to play two downs as a fire plug in the middle. Just go hire a suma wrestler to anchor the middle and not waste a pick.

Its the one rule of all GMs -- trust the tape ... not the Combine numbers. Pioli broke the cardinal rule. The tape says he's crap. The Combine says he's a god. He was wowed by a physical specimen that will not help us against Manning, Rivers or Palmer. Very sad. Trade down to 22 and then pick him? Maybe?

I had braced myself for Brockers, having been convinced that he'd be an elite 5 tech; but, I had thought Pioli would have traded down to get even Brockers. *sigh*

Except Tyson Jackson was one of the best picks in the 2009 top 10.
