I got a sample of this stuff in a goodie bag a few weeks ago, and so far I'm sold. What I like about it is you use so little product and you don't even have to rinse it off if you don't want to. Because of my line of work I have to have a close shave every day and this stuff conditions my face perfectly for a nice, close shave. It not cheap (by volume) at about $4 for a half ounce at wal-mart, but you only use about 4-5 drops per shave. I would imagine one small bottle would last you over a month. You should try it. It will make you hate shaving cream more than you already do.

disclaimer: I am not an employee of or a marketing associate for Shave Secret.

I used to absolutly hate shaving until the fusion razor came out. I have really sensative skin on my face so shaving (electric, wet, wet/electric and everything in between)used to be pure hell for me. I use the fusion razor with edge gel makes shaving easy, painless and best of all, no razor bumps or burn.

Shave in the shower as the last thing you do with a double edge razor and a good soap like Zest or Irish Spring, making sure the temp is hot and you are real close to the shower stream.

Never cut myself, skin smooth as a baby's ass, close shave, inexpensive, and my skin looks 20 years younger.

I always put Vaseline Moisturizer, (Yellow bottle with blue cap), on my face when I get out of the shower after I shave.

If I tried that my face would look a lot like this. Double edge razors are the Devil's tool, designed to torture those blessed with super sensative skin such as myself. IOW I found something that works great for me. I'm glad you have something that works for you and appreciate the advice but I'm good.

shave in the shower w/a bar of soap and a disposable. don't know what brand. use the same one for about 3 months, or the blade starts to rust.

don't know what else to say...chicks seem to dig it.

Shower and Dove soap. Haven't had razor burns since I started doing that 15 years ago.

I use my buck knife, and gasoline as aftershave.

speaking of which, I'm about out of gasoline.

Shave Secret has a very "clove" smell to it. I use it but mostly with my electric razor.

Interesting stuff as it isn't really good enough for orzo blade type shaving but helps with electric shaving.
