Last few games? Try all year. This offense is truly offensive. They average well under 4 runs per game on average this season.

"Well, the Pirates are the hottest team in baseball. Their starting pitching and bullpen is far superior to the Royals, although the Royals offense is better. We were in every single game. Ned has done everything he can from jumbling the lineup, to pitching by committee, to calling up spot starters from Omaha. This team is just two years and two starting pitchers away from being right in the thick of the central division. Yes, we're 10 games under .500, but look at what a horrible start they had in April. Moose and Hos and Esky and Gio are all still learning how to hit major league pitching, and we've been without Perez, and Cain, and Duffy, and The Mexicutioner, and Sanchez, and Getz, and now Paulino. Ned just needs to show the fans how to be patient. We should be able to compete by 2014 or 2015 for sure. And if you can't see that, you're an idiot." - Payroll Bob Ford

I'm still upset about the message it sends to kids watching. Two adult teammates are fine with teasing each other? That's great, but keep it in the clubhouse. That this happened while wearing Negro Leagues throwback uniforms makes it even more disgusting.

Every single person out there (who isn't on the team itself) who is saying "no big deal" is a white person who has never been hurt by racial epithets or gestures. As a white man myself, I know: there's literally nothing that anyone can say to make us feel bad because we're King Shit. So of course people are saying "no biggie" to this. It's because they can't understand how something like this can be damaging; they are too removed from the consequences.

Being a white guy who only knows the oppression inflicted by shitty sports franchises, I'm more offended with the general dumbassery that is going on in the dugout while you're getting your butthole gaped on the field. We'll keep hi5ing with trendy hand slaps for solo homeruns, making Chinese face in the dugout, and giving Jeff Francouer the key to the city while other teams are stealing 3rd on one of our pitchers who has a longer delivery than Roy Hobbs and who are actually trying to win ballgames.

Pena's defense is not good. But he can switch hit. Humbert is what he is, a typical AAAA player. If he couldn't crack the lineup in Houston, that has to say something.
