Anyone gone hang gliding?

Zoccer went on a powered parachute one time to shoot some shots for our newspaper.He's the only one I know personally who went riding on a distant cousin to the hang glider.

I've parasailed but I haven't hang-glided.

I went to a club once to take lessons, but the teachers were the most arrogant people on earth and seemed to think that their ability to hang loosely under stretched fabric made them the rulers of all they surveyed. So I never went back.

I have a buddy who has a parachute thingy that you Pull behind your big ass boat and the rider goes way the fuck up in the air.
