Who was it on this board that said there were no penalties or taxes if you refused to sign up for obamacare?

From CNN:
The uninsured
The decision leaves in place the so-called individual mandate -- the requirement on Americans to have or buy health insurance beginning in 2014 or face a penalty -- although many are exempt from that provision.
In 2014, the penalty will be $285 per family or 1% of income, whichever is greater. By 2016, it goes up to $2,085 per family or 2.5% of income.

So much for your argument that it was already taken out of the abortion of an act.

I am because you don't seem to get how grand the scale of this is. You are really ignorant and it's showing.

I like it that everyone has skin in the game to hold this burden we are feeling.

Oh well. I am set either way.

The law says there is a penalty, but no apparent penalty for not paying the penalty. Look at the law, and don't quote a draft of a bill like you did a few days ago.
