Cheapshotting bitch.

That's what I thought as well.

That'd have killed my ass.

Me too.

Did it actually hit his knee? Looked from some angles that he vaulted over it.

How is blocking a guy that's about to tackle your QB a cheapshot?

Is this legal? This should be an obvious no no.

It's completely legal. It's a cut block, RBs do them all the time.

I would think at that position on the field it should be illegal. My understanding is that cut blocks are only to be performed straight on 1 on 1.

Straight? Where did you hear that? What does that even mean?

Also, how is that block not 1 on 1?

Berry's reaction after the hit is what scared me. He looked like he was in pain.

You're not allowed to cut block a player that is already engaged with another blocker. Berry is certainly not engaged with anyone else.

Well that block is 1 on 1, I was just stating what i knew of the rule. I'm sure at some point this will be considered illegal.

Looks to me like the hit was about half way up his thigh. He's probably got a nice bruise there.

I saw it at the time it happened in real speed and I thought,"HOLY $HIT!" Then when I saw the replays, it looked like Berry saw it at the last moment and kinda jumped as he was getting hit. No doubt it took some of the impact off.

i'd say they would rather have him on the sidelines.
makes me wonder if he gets through this season healthy.

Completely legal and the RB was doing what is taught and he was protecting his QB... Not a cheapshot. Very blessed that he didn't get hurt.

It's not a cheapshot if it's legal. He was face up. A cut can't get any cleaner.

I'm gonna have to say you are the pussy bitch if you can't understand that's how you perform that block. I wonder if you have ever stepped on a field and played football.

ROFL

If it had been Charles doing this to protect a ball carrier, everyone would be ecstatic about what a great block it was.

I think the blocker reads our threads on police shootings, and was going for the legs. You know, for safety.

Very lucky that berry didnt have his foot planted when washington hit him. That probabky wouldve been a blown out knee.

You aren't supposed to be able to cut someone outside the tackle box.
