I have a draft at my work tomorrow evening. 12 teams, and I am lucky number 12.

A snake draft, my first 4 picks I am looking to draft 3 good RB's since the elite QB's will be gone and then aiming to snag a 2nd tier qb with pick 36/37.

Any ideas of who I may be looking at in terms as RB with picks 12/13/36/37.

What QB's worth taking may still be left around 36/37?

Thank you FF gurus.

Just pick the best 2 available. None of us can predict who will be there, just pick the top 2 and move on. If a top 5 QB is there, grab him and a rb.

Simple.

How many RBs can you play in one week? Probably only 2, so you'd be killing yourself by carrying 3 top ones. You should be able to snag a top tier WR that hopefully can be the difference-maker in your close match-ups. Also recommend you get a high-quality defense with 36/37. Good luck!

Well i would think that you have a good shot at MJD,Charles,A.P., Maybe chris Johnson with your first two picks. So two of those and maybe like a trent richardson with that third round pick. Thats who i would be thinking if it were me

Not sure if serious about the defense...

I wouldn't take MJD before the 4th round. I wouldn't take Peterson before the 3rd.

Exactly. I don't want either of them on my team because of where you have to draft them. That's the whole point.

You seriously think there are three running backs worthy of those picks? There isn't. Take back to back WRs. Then go RB QB in your next two picks. If you go WR you will have the best WR group in your league. This is a no brainer.

Victor Cruz with your 13th and yes I would take him before Fitz this year. He will be the new up and coming version of
Fitz that actually has a QB who can get him the ball and he will be the primary. Count on it !!

If its a standard scoring league, RB,RB like Forte and Chris Johnson, then build you team through best available. Draft a QB in the 6th or 7th, there will be value at QB in those rounds. Schaub or Romo would be serviceable. If its PPR, probably RB,WR like CJ2K and Andre Johnson, then same as above.

my son is playing FF for the first time this year. He decided to draft as many players with his name as he could find. But he did get Andrew Luck. LMAO

I'm embarrassed.

Marshawn Lynch should be there at 12, then pick up Turbin who is Lynch's backup later in the draft, (If lynch gets hurt you have some insurance) he has looked good this preseason

draft both Charles and Hillis. Together they'll give you an avg of 30pts in a standard scoring league.

take Charles and then best WR....because the cream of the crop WR's will be gone by the time you choose your 3rd rd pick.

I was in this exact position for my draft last night (i.e. 12th pick in a 12 team league). Here is how the first 37 picks fell and below is the team I ended up with.

1.01 Rodgers, Aaron
1.02 Rice, Ray
1.03 Foster, Arian
1.04 McCoy, LeSean
1.05 Johnson, Calvin
1.06 Brady, Tom
1.07 Johnson, Chris
1.08 Brees, Drew
1.09 Jones, Julio
1.10 Forte, Matt
1.11 Gronkowski, Rob
1.12 Newton, Cam

2.01 Charles, Jamaal
2.02 Fitzgerald, Larry
2.03 Graham, Jimmy
2.04 Stafford, Matthew
2.05 McFadden, Darren
2.06 Murray, DeMarco
2.07 Mathews, Ryan
2.08 Lynch, Marshawn
2.09 Jones-Drew, Maurice
2.10 Peterson, Adrian
2.11 Jackson, Steven
2.12 Martin, Doug

3.01 Johnson, Andre
3.02 Vick, Michael
3.03 Ryan, Matt
3.04 Manning, Eli
3.05 Richardson, Trent
3.06 Jackson, Fred
3.07 Green, A.J.
3.08 Cruz, Victor
3.09 Marshall, Brandon
3.10 White, Roddy
3.11 Turner, Michael
3.12 Nicks, Hakeem

4.01 Jennings, Greg

My roster:

QB: Cam Newton

RB1: Jamaal Charles
RB2: Peyton Hillis
RB3: Cedric Benson
RB4: Michael Bush

WR1: Hakeem Nicks
WR2: Greg Jennings
WR3: Michael Crabtree
WR4: Randy Moss

TE: Jason Witten

K: Mason Crosby

Def: Philadelphia Eagles

I admit that the Charles pick was a slight homer reach. I was happy to see Cruz taken instead of Nicks because I preferred Nicks.

RB depth sucks. Draft 2 straight RB back to back. Then you're on your own.

Got Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitz with my #12 and 13...Pretty happy with that.

Nice.

I'm going Hootie's route & drafting WR heavy this year.
