You had a hard on about what? We looked like complete shit and Moeaki blew out his ACL the last preseason game. My expectations are pretty much the same.

I had hope only to have it absolutely crushed by an injury to Berry and a prison raping from Buffalo.

This year is different. I expect failure, and if we succeed I know that Cassel will fail when it matters the most.

Not that this is exhaustive, but I would think an injury to DJ would have trumped the injury to Quinn in this NFL.com article.

I agree with several posters on here. Watching the play where DJ initially got hurt, I couldn't possibly see him being listed as doubtful. He got up and kind of stretched it/tested it a bit, and then played the next down.

Everyone knows that when you truly sprain an ankle, you are D O N E. It makes you sick to your stomach and no matter how bad you want to play, you can't...It just continues to roll. This injury didn't seem like that at all. Teicher is always doom and gloom anyway if you follow his tweets. He is the first one to always tweet an injury, and loves to drum up situations.

The way Crennel told it, Toribio, Dj and the other injuries were not going to carry into the season.
