Ill take all it has as fast as it wants. Ponds are in bad shape, many are dry as a bone so runoff would be a blessing

Here, we had a slow steady rain from about 11am to 9pm. That's what you need. A monsoon that lasts 15 minutes doesn't help nearly as much.
