OR ... he got hurt and missed most of training camp and the Chiefs needed another body on the OL.

Holy shit.

FOR RANGLIN?

I don't care about Hemingway or anything, but Ranglin was total garbage in the preseason.

Nope. He sucks. Much more likely.

I thought the kid had a chance to hang out for a while in KC

It will probably be a bittersweet Soldier's Home return for him Up in Michigan. Perhaps he couldn't make it in the world of Men Without Women that is an NFL locker room.

I just hope he can find peace of mind in A Clean, Well-Lighted Place.

I will be the first to admit that I didn't see every minute of our presean games. With that being said from what I did see, the guy needed to be cut.

Do not like.

Wonder why...

umm ... he was hurt

as far as i know, he didn't play until the final game and i could be mistaken but i don't think that he has a single pass thrown his way.

I do remember the guy going all "stones hands" on a pass. As far as how much, or when he played, like I said, I only caught about 20% of all the games combined. I'm sure if he's anything but a scrub, someone else will pick him up.

They raved about him in the OTAs. Reminds me of the year Gunther bragged on Greg Favors in training camp and cut him.

They like him because Rich Ranglin can play both sides of the OL.

when you have no intension of having a passing offense in a passing league

you go heavy at offensive line and running back

then you can stay weak at quarterback

No real surprise. Can't make the team if you're injured.

You never know, they may just try too. I'm sure he'd probably be a better nickle and 4th corner than Brown or Reeves. Hopefully they try to make a move on him. Alot of potential there and could be really good with some good coaching from Emmitt Thomas.

So, who gets cut on Monday. From my understanding we are at 54 right now because Tamba doesn't count against the 53 man roster due to his suspension.
